Easy to modify, this was another improvised creation.
- orzo, boiled (the excess water forms the soup)
- carton of passata
- chopped tomatoes
- bouillon powder
- soya cream (from a carton or a spray can)
- fresh chopped chives
- diced courgette and broccoli (optional)
The orzo acts like minestrone here. I simply boiled the orzo for 5-10 minutes, then all the other ingredients into the same pan, simmering for 10 minutes or so.
I think most would prefer this without the courgette and broccoli, but I was just using them up.
