Pizza, so big it filled the serving tray

One of Andrew’s amazing creations, this rather large pizza was made on Turkish flatbread from Venus (shop in Rusholme) which had to be flattened with several large books first.

The base was covered with a pesto and tomato sauce, and the toppings included sliced veggie sausages, sliced basil tofu, black olives, grated Cheezly and fresh basil.
