Sunday lasagne

Served with cinnamon carrot salad and home-made garlic bread.

Not much I can say about this one before I dribble with the memories… Andrew’s enormous lasagne, featuring polenta, roast sweet potato and paprika tofu layers in addition to real lasagne pasta sheets.

Served with a cinnamon, carrot and cashew salad and home-made garlic bread.  (The bread was shop-bought Mediterranean-style loaf, the garlic part was made from olive oil and garlic.)
